An exciting opportunity exists for a talented professional to join our dual-campus College as a Director of Finance.
The Finance Director plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the College. This role is responsible for strategic oversight, accounting controls, budgeting, cash flow management, risk management, and compliance, as well as leading the finance team to support the College’s mission.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and proven experience in financial management are required for this role.
You will demonstrate:
- A high level of administrative and organisational ability.
- The ability to analyse complex financial data and present insights
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and advising senior management.
- Identification of issues and proactive recommendation of solutions.

Casual Relief Teachers (CRTs)
St Bede’s College is expanding our pool of Casual Relief Teachers (CRTs).
We are seeking both graduate and experienced teachers, who demonstrate a commitment to Catholic education.

We aim to create ongoing relationships with our CRTs, providing consistency in order to foster stronger connections between staff and students.
Successful applicants may also be considered for various short-term (4-6 weeks) leave replacement roles at both our Mentone and Bentleigh East Campuses as they arise.
