Mission Action Day (MAD) is an annual fundraising event that unites St Bede’s College students, staff and community to support and serve people in need across the world.
Faith, Service and Community are hallmarks of our College’s Catholic and Lasallian spirit and identity, values we’re proud to continue with as we celebrate our 87th year.
On Friday 28 March, for MAD 2025, our College will participate in a 10km walk along Port Phillip Bay, sponsored by friends and family to reach our fundraising goal. Our collective target is $100,000, with a target of $55 each student to raise for life-changing projects in communities that need our help.
In 2024, we raised over $90,000 in MAD funds for Lasallian students via the Lasallian Foundation in Pakistan, Papua New Guinea and other areas of need. These funds also contributed to the Outreach projects our students participate in Derby, Thailand and Fiji.
